Hey Everyone!
I just wanted to take sometime to talk about when I will be starting and how the season is shaping up so far!
Runoff definitely happened though the flows never got as high as they have in the past. The water was muddy and off color, though it is shaping up very quickly this year. I’m looking to start my season around the 25th of June. The first few weeks of my calendar are filling in rather quickly but the remainder of the summer is still pretty open. Usually when I have summers like this, it’s a lot of last minute fill ins. With people not knowing what to expect with the water, it’s always a last minute game. I can assure you, we will have water all summer. We may just encounter some warm water in the afternoons. With that being said, I’ll stick to my program of early starts and we should have a great morning of fishing into the early afternoon.
